NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND INSPECTION PROPOSED BUDGET | LOMPOC UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT

The proposed 2025-2026 budget for the Lompoc Unified School District (LUSD) will be available for public inspection at the LUSD Education Center, Reception Desk, 1301 North A Street, Lompoc, CA 93436, on June 6, 2025, during regular working hours.

The public hearing on said budget will be held on June 10, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at the LUSD Education Center Board Room, 1301 North A Street, Lompoc.

The budget adoption meeting will be held on June 24, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at the LUSD Education Center Board Room.

Dear Fillmore Elementary Community,

It is with great excitement and anticipation that I welcome you all back for the 2024-2025 school year! As we stand on the threshold of a new academic year, I am filled with pride and optimism for the wonderful opportunities that lie ahead for our school community. My name is Ricardo Cota, and I am honored to be your new Principal. 

To our students, both returning and new, we are thrilled to have you with us. Each of you brings unique talents, interests, and perspectives that enrich our school environment. We are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and stimulating atmosphere where you can explore your passions, overcome challenges, and achieve your full potential. Remember, every day is a chance to learn something new, make new friends, and create lasting memories.

To our dedicated parents and guardians, thank you for entrusting us with your children’s education and for your continued support.
